How much does it cost?
No charge for NHS Scotland Employees, Local Authority Employees, Third Sector representatives or Scottish Government Employees. Commercial Delegate rate is £279 for 1 day and £468 for 2 days (incl. VAT).
How do I register?
By completing the online registration form. There are a number of different delegate registration categories. Please ensure you select the correct category. If you intend to attend the Parallel Sessions you are advised to select these once you have completed the main registration form. You can select your preferred parallel sessions during the registration process. Delaying Parallel Session selection may mean you miss out on your preferred sessions as they tend to be booked very quickly.
When do I have to register by?
There isn’t a pre-determined date for registration closing but we do expect places to go quickly. Registration will close when all spaces are filled.
When will I receive confirmation that I am registered?
You will receive a confirmation from the Event Team within 24 hours of registration. If you do not receive a confirmation, please check your spam folder and if it is not there then contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I cancel my registration?
If you can no longer attend, please ensure that you let the Event Team know at least 48 hours in advance of the Event. Please email email@example.com.
I can no longer attend – Can I nominate a colleague to attend in my place?
Yes, but only if your replacement is prepared to attend the parallel sessions you have already selected at point of registration. If you wish to do this, please contact our Event Team - firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I book a session?
Take the time to read through all the descriptors for each Parallel Session. Once you have made your decision, you will be asked to confirm your choices during the registration process, (please note that the Parallel Sessions will be repeated on Day Two).
How and when will I receive my delegate badge?
The Event Team will email your delegate badge to the email address listed on your registration form. You will receive this two weeks before the start of the Event. Please print out your badge and bring it with you to enter the Event. Your badge will be scanned on arrival to confirm your attendance and you will be able to collect a badge holder and a Delegate Pack. If you forget your badge or it does not arrive, the Registration Desk staff will prepare a replacement but please be aware that you may have to queue to receive a printed replacement.
I’m at the Event and I’ve forgotten what Parallel Sessions I’ve booked – How do I find which sessions to attend?
Your Delegate Badge will contain all details of your registration including a list of all booked sessions.
I’ve deleted the email with my delegate badge – what do I do?
Please let the Event Team know as soon as possible by emailing email@example.com and they will issue you with a new email, or you can pick up a replacement at the Registration Desk on arrival at the SEC but please be aware that you may have to queue to receive a printed replacement.
Can I change my sessions after registration?
Yes, but only if there are still spaces available in the alternative sessions. Please contact our Event delivery team to make the relevant changes - firstname.lastname@example.org.
